Collaborate with project coordinators and other engineers to provide project status updates, address challenges, and implement plan modifications. Ensure compliance with codes, practices, QA/QC policies, and performance standards throughout the project lifecycle. Maintain daily interactions with Project Coordinators to keep projects on schedule and ensure client satisfaction with project status. Engage with clients as necessary to interpret their needs and represent them in the field. Conduct quality control assessments of work (budget, schedule, plans, personnel performance) and provide regular project status reports. Assign responsibilities and mentor project team members while liaising with various stakeholders. Manage the design, development, and maintenance of construction projects, ensuring safety, timeliness, and sustainability. Conduct on-site investigations and analyze data (maps, reports, tests, drawings, etc.). Evaluate potential risks, materials, and costs associated with projects. Participate in planning meetings as required.
