As a Level 3 Support Specialist, you will deliver high-level service support for our operations. Your expertise will be crucial in identifying, analyzing, and resolving complex issues raised by our stakeholders and clients.
You will be responsible for analyzing incidents and designing tools or solutions to ensure business continuity while minimizing impact. Keeping tasks updated proactively and delivering solutions timely is essential.
Your role includes proposing corrective action plans for identified problems, deploying bug fixes in managed applications, and gathering requirements for advanced visualization solutions.
