Core Responsibilities:
Greet and assist prospective tenants, current residents, and guests with professionalism and a friendly approach.
Handle phone calls, manage email inquiries, and coordinate appointments for leasing tours.
Support the leasing process by preparing lease documents, applications, and follow-up communications.
Keep precise leasing and tenant records organized, both digitally and in hard copy.
Assist the leasing team with tracking availability, renewals, and coordinating move-in/move-out logistics.
Help create marketing materials, including flyers and promotional packets.
Ensure model units and common areas are tour-ready by coordinating property tours.
Manage essential administrative tasks like filing, data entry, document scanning, and supply inventory.
Maintain a tidy, organized, and professional reception area.
Provide additional support for special projects and building events as directed by the property management team.
