We are seeking a dynamic Lead Trainer in Learning and Development to spearhead our training initiatives at Altisource. This role entails facilitating engaging classroom and virtual training programs focused on skill development for entry-level associates. You will lead and manage intervention-based learning efforts, ensuring our team is equipped with the necessary skills to succeed.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Collaborating with department heads to develop and implement soft skills training programs across various business units, including assessment and evaluation methods.
- Partnering with business units to identify deliverables, expectations, and risks, while addressing specific training needs.
- Conducting thorough assessments of training and development needs through various identification resources.
- Employing diverse training methodologies, techniques, concepts, and tools to maximize training effectiveness.
- Defining the ROI for each training program delivered.
- Designing tailored training courses and materials to meet identified training needs.
- Monitoring and measuring the effectiveness of all training initiatives.
- Acting as a liaison between Learning & Development and business units to ensure consistency in training practices.
- Contributing to process improvements and innovation within the Learning & Development function.
- Exemplifying teamwork and adherence to the organization’s code of conduct at all times.
