About the Role

As the Lead Technical Support Engineer based in Singapore with the flexibility of remote work, you will be a seasoned technical leader tasked with establishing and cultivating Airship's first dedicated support presence in the APAC region. This hybrid role merges responsibilities of leading the Technical Support team with regional oversight. You will guide team members daily while being the primary technical escalation point for our APAC customers. Your role will involve resolving intricate customer support challenges while ensuring an exceptional support experience for our technically adept clientele. This position offers a unique opportunity to refine your leadership skills while building a team from the ground up in a vibrant and expanding market.
