About the Role:
As the Lead Sales Engineer at Nightfall, you will take charge of the technical dimensions of our sales process for West Coast prospects. Your role will involve consulting with potential clients to grasp their goals and technical needs. Collaborating closely with Account Executives, you will guide prospects through the sales cycle, showcasing Nightfall's capabilities and addressing their challenges. Building and nurturing relationships with prospects and partners will be essential for long-term growth. You will also stay informed about Nightfall's ever-evolving platform and be able to articulate its value in enhancing our customers' data loss prevention and AI security efforts.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead the technical discussions during sales meetings.
Effectively communicate product features and benefits to potential customers.
Conduct thorough assessments of client requirements and propose tailored Nightfall solutions.
Demonstrate product capabilities during live calls with prospects.
Implement proof-of-value assessments for potential customers.
Represent Nightfall at industry-specific trade shows and provide product presentations.
Collect and relay product feedback and feature requests to the development team.
