Lead Sales Engineer – Application Security

We are currently seeking a Senior Staff Sales Engineer who possesses the technical expertise, stage presence, and confidence to lead discussions with architects, CISOs, and developers, commanding the room with ease. If you excel at identifying complex customer challenges and are eager to take action, we want to hear from you.

Your Mission
- Be the technical closer. Collaborate with your Account Executive partners to unlock enterprise deals that others cannot.
- Run compelling demos and POCs. Transform complex requirements into memorable, “we need this” moments.
- Quickly diagnose customer pain points. Design solutions across SAST, SCA, DAST, SDLC, and DevSecOps pipelines.
- Win competitive battles. Skillfully position Black Duck to outmaneuver the competition.
- Own the narrative. Craft high-impact presentations that resonate with both engineers and executives.
- Integrate seamlessly into their technology stack. Demonstrate how CI/CD, cloud, containers, and more fit together.
- Become the trusted expert. Be the go-to person for technical discussions.
What You Bring
- 8+ years of sales engineering or pre-sales experience in application security.
