Qualifications

Do you possess the right qualifications?A minimum of 5 years in QA leadership roles, such as Team Leader or Manager. At least 5 years of experience as a QA engineer, with a focus on 4 years in automation. Proven experience in designing tests for enterprise-level software solutions. Strong leadership and coordination capabilities, with an ability to influence without direct authority. Expertise in defining QA processes across multiple development teams. Hands-on experience with CI/CD and Test-Driven Development methodologies. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, coupled with strong interpersonal abilities. Familiarity with the full software development lifecycle, particularly Agile methodologies.

What does the role entail?
As the Lead Quality Assurance Architect, you will spearhead the quality assurance initiatives for NiCE’s flagship product offerings. Your primary focus will be on advancing quality and automation strategies, implementing shift-left methodologies, establishing and monitoring quality metrics, mentoring QA leads, fostering a culture of quality and excellence, and shaping the roadmap for continuous improvement.

Your Impact:

  • Act as the quality leader for a dedicated domain, taking full responsibility for product quality.
  • Monitor the domain’s quality tasks, assess testing needs, and delineate QA activities and accountability.
  • Proactively evaluate and challenge current testing coverage.
  • Develop and implement comprehensive test strategies across the domain.
  • Lead QA efforts aligned with product goals to ensure swift and confident product releases.
  • Enhance and refine QA processes to garner effective testing signals and scale testing efforts across services.
  • Collaborate with engineering and DevOps teams to integrate automation solutions that prevent regressions and ensure product reliability.
  • Coordinate and manage non-functional requirements testing.
  • Establish guidelines and best practices for both automation and manual testing processes.
  • Oversee cross-organizational and cross-regional testing activities.
