Objective:
Eram Talent is on the lookout for three exceptionally skilled Senior Engineers to become vital members of our Curriculum Team. These roles are pivotal in transmitting technical expertise, best practices, and practical operational knowledge to the upcoming generation of professionals in Downstream Operations. We are seeking seasoned experts who are enthusiastic about technical training, curriculum development, and enhancing workforce capabilities.
Successful candidates will work onsite in Saudi Arabia.
Key Responsibilities:
- Possess over 15 years of relevant work experience.
- A Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering is required.
- Develop technical course materials: Design thorough work-task-centric workshops aimed at equipping early and mid-career professionals with mastery in their respective job functions.
- Facilitate technical courses: Lead engaging in-person and virtual training sessions for employees across various career stages, ensuring effective knowledge transfer of industry best practices.
- Curriculum development: Create structured learning pathways and job family-specific curriculums, guiding professionals from early-career stages to independent, proficient contributors.
- Mentorship and coaching: Serve as a subject matter expert and mentor, promoting the growth of technical skills and operational excellence within teams.
- Ensure training effectiveness: Continuously enhance training programs by integrating industry trends, participant feedback, and real-world workplace scenarios.
