We are actively seeking a passionate Lead Product Designer to join our product team in our Brooklyn, NY office.
Role Overview
As the Lead Product Designer at Topline Pro, you will play a crucial role in showcasing the value of our products to service professionals and ensuring they remain engaged with our platform. Your focus will be on enhancing the user acquisition and retention experience.
You will immerse yourself in product design, creating exceptional experiences that foster user adoption, instill trust, and promote long-term retention. Whether it's assisting new service professionals in discovering Topline Pro, designing compelling tools to boost conversion, or re-engaging users with the right solutions, your work will be driven by a focus on impactful outcomes.
Collaboration will be key as you work alongside product managers, engineers, marketing leads, and fellow designers to craft meaningful user journeys across both mobile and web platforms. We seek a candidate with a strong grounding in interaction design, adept in systems thinking, and capable of developing comprehensive solutions within complex product environments.
