Role overview

Key responsibilities
- Observe children to understand and support their physical, intellectual, and emotional development
- Prepare and maintain an inviting, organized classroom environment
- Encourage self-confidence and independence through daily routines and activities
- Present individualized and small-group lessons in practical life, literacy, math, and other core subjects
- Build strong, respectful relationships with children and their families
- Communicate and collaborate with parents to support each child’s progress
- Lead the classroom with warmth and professionalism
