Position Overview:
The Customer Product Operations team serves as the backbone of DOSS, ensuring our clients' success. This pivotal role merges product development, data analysis, operational strategy, implementation, and client collaboration. You will oversee the entire post-sales product operations and implementation process.
Discovery: Collaborate with cross-functional client leadership to evaluate their operational and financial workflows (including the flow of goods, information, and funds) and identify requirements.
Product Design: Develop data models, workflows, and integration strategies.
Build/Configure: Customize solutions on the DOSS/ERP platform.
User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and Go-live: Ensure smooth transitions for clients.
As a Customer Product Operations Lead, you will spearhead our efforts to penetrate the upper mid-market and enterprise segments. Your responsibilities will include:
Overseeing the end-to-end ERP lifecycle process and ensuring success for 1-2 of our major clients.
Mentoring and leading a team of associates.
Developing new product capabilities and solutions within the DOSS ERP platform.
