Job Title: Lead Operator

Hiring Manager: Clinic Area Manager

Location: Neko Health Victoria, London, United Kingdom.

Hours: Full-time, five days a week, with four days dedicated to management activities within the clinic and one day for service provision.

Salary: To be discussed during the interview process.

Key Management Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the performance and development of clinic operators through regular one-on-ones and observations.
  • Lead the recruitment process for clinic staff.
  • Implement and cascade practice changes to ensure optimal operations.
  • Maintain compliance with Clinical Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and protocols.
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to enhance service delivery.
  • Supervise incident reporting and risk management processes.
  • Evaluate the quality of medical care provided by operators.
  • Provide constructive feedback to operators regarding their medical care performance.
  • Assess rebooking rates and customer satisfaction metrics.
  • Ensure optimal staffing levels to maintain consistent service availability.
