In this autonomous senior role, you will manage the entire Microsoft ecosystem, including Azure, Intune, M365, Teams, and our macOS devices. Your responsibilities will include building automations to streamline workloads, maintaining hardware in both clinic and manufacturing settings, and making swift, independent decisions.We are looking for someone who integrates AI into their daily operations as a fundamental tool, rather than just an interesting novelty. Familiarity with Power Automate, Copilot, Claude Code, and similar technologies is essential.What You'll Achieve in the First 6–12 MonthsAssume complete ownership of Azure, Intune, M365, and the broader Microsoft stack from day one.Develop and implement automations that significantly reduce manual tasks across the organization.Enhance and maintain our internal knowledge base to ensure critical operational knowledge is shared and not confined to a single individual.Make informed decisions regarding hardware lifecycles within our clinic and manufacturing environments.Contribute to our overall security posture by engaging with Microsoft Defender alerts and operational security workflows daily.Independently manage onboarding, administrative access, tooling, and hardware decisions without requiring frequent approvals.Participate in the on-call rotation once a week with additional compensation.What We're SeekingExtensive, hands-on experience with the Microsoft ecosystem: Azure, Intune, M365, Teams, and Office.Proven proficiency with AI tools, showcasing real examples of how you've utilized them to enhance workflows, including Copilot and Claude Code.Solid practical experience with Power Automate or similar automation platforms.

Role overview The Senior Onsite Operations Lead manages the execution of Fever’s most prominent live events in London. This role centers on operational excellence at the event site, ensuring smooth event delivery, strong team coordination, and reliable partner support. The position involves close work with Strategic Event Managers to turn operational plans into effective onsite action. This is a hands-on role for someone experienced in live event operations, confident leading teams, maintaining standards, and stepping in during challenging situations.
