About the job
At Scout Motors, we honor the legacy of one of America's most legendary vehicles, dating back to 1960. This vehicle has shaped the future of rugged SUVs and trucks and is set to do so once again.
However, Scout is more than a brand; it is a legacy rooted in a culture of exploration, stewardship, and dedication.
The Scout brand embodies respect—respect for the past and the future by revitalizing an iconic American brand, electrifying it, digitizing it, and infusing it with American ingenuity. We show respect for communities by building a company that stands for its people and customers. Our vehicles respect both work and play, thriving equally at campsites, job sites, and during daily commutes. We prioritize our customers by developing two powertrains that cater to their needs: an all-electric powertrain and the Harvester™ range extender powertrain, featuring a built-in gas-powered generator that boasts an estimated 500 miles of combined range.
At Scout Motors, we empower our diverse and entrepreneurial teams to innovate. What defines a Scout employee? A visionary leader who charts new paths and shares invaluable insights. A knowledgeable doer who collaborates across the organization to drive improvement. A passionate go-getter ready to make a difference.
Join us at Scout Motors and play a pivotal role in shaping the future of transportation. If you're eager to drive change and make history, we encourage you to apply now!
