Join Our Team:
This is a fantastic chance to be a part of a dynamic and collaborative CRM team that significantly influences business performance. You will collaborate closely with our CRM specialists, including the Director of CRM, Lifecycle Marketing Manager, Lifecycle Marketing Lead, and other CRM Coordinators, while reporting directly to the Director of CRM. We prioritize action and results in our team culture.
Your Role:
As a CRM Associate, you will be instrumental in supporting our CRM team by planning, implementing, scheduling, and executing timely communications via email, SMS, push notifications, and in-app messages targeted at our Lead (non-purchasing segment). Your collaboration with the CRM team will focus on developing communication strategies, ensuring accurate campaign execution, and conducting follow-up analyses.
