The Lead Field Marketing Manager will oversee North American marketing efforts, including events, community outreach, and partnerships with major industry players such as GitHub, GitLab, AWS, and Google Cloud.

Role overview

This is a strategic leadership position. The Lead Field Marketing Manager defines marketing strategies, manages budgets, and tracks results using pipeline metrics. The role includes representing CodeRabbit at major industry events like KubeCon, GitHub Universe, and leading AI developer summits.

What you will do

  • Field Strategy Leadership: Shape and refine regional and global marketing strategies by selecting key events, sponsorships, and partnerships, using data to guide decisions.
  • Pipeline Development: Work closely with Sales and SDR leaders to design programs that generate qualified meetings and accelerate opportunities, taking ownership of pipeline metrics.
  • Event Management: Lead CodeRabbit’s presence at developer and DevOps conferences, handling logistics from booth setup and content planning to staffing and post-event follow-up.
  • Community Engagement: Build relationships with local engineering communities and user groups, especially those focused on AI and machine learning.
  • Co-Marketing Initiatives: Organize joint field activities and co-branded events with key partners.
  • Customer Engagement: Run customer advisory boards and executive roundtables, turning advocates into references and supporting business growth.
