What you will do Develop and execute a field marketing strategy aimed at startups throughout the U.S. Work closely with Startup Sales and Partnerships teams to coordinate marketing activities Build and maintain relationships with top venture capital firms and startup accelerators Plan and manage events, including founder dinners and Demo Day gatherings Design and launch initiatives in partnership with VCs Create scalable playbooks to engage and support startups What sets this role apart This is a hands-on position without a pre-existing playbook. Anthropic’s startup sector is open for new ideas, allowing room to design programs and strategies from scratch.
