Your Role
As our Field Marketing & Community Lead, you will spearhead Delve’s offline presence, orchestrating impactful in-person events and initiatives that resonate with our brand ethos.
You will be responsible for designing and executing high-impact events, crafting our conference strategy, building robust founder and operator communities, and ensuring Delve's presence is felt consistently across startup, mid-market, and enterprise segments.
Collaborating closely with our growth, partnerships, Customer Success, and Sales teams, you will transform in-person interactions into valuable pipelines, foster enduring relationships, and enhance brand equity.
Key Responsibilities
Lead Delve’s In-Person Events and Conferences
Plan and execute Delve-hosted events such as exclusive dinners, workshops, partner gatherings, and invite-only functions.
Oversee conference strategy and execution from start to finish: securing sponsorships, managing booth presence, organizing side events, and engaging attendees.
Support Delve’s out-of-home (OOH) strategy from concept through execution.
