The Role:
Togather is on the lookout for an exceptionally organized and detail-oriented Lead Event Producer to oversee the planning and execution of food and beverage delivery at premier events. This pivotal role is essential for ensuring flawless event execution, upholding operational excellence, and driving revenue growth while adhering to safety and quality standards. The ideal candidate will manage all facets of event preparation and delivery, including supplier coordination, budget compliance, on-site management, and post-event analysis, alongside leading a small team.
Although this position is primarily office-based, it entails frequent on-site responsibilities, often during weekends and holidays, making it not your standard 9-5 role. However, we offer a wellness program, overtime compensation, and a Time Off In Lieu Policy to promote flexible working hours and support our Delivery Team.
This position offers significant autonomy, ideal for highly motivated individuals seeking professional growth. You will be expected to identify and resolve issues end-to-end while engaging with key stakeholders across Partnerships, Operations, and Data teams to meet challenges efficiently and effectively.
A comprehensive understanding of event production and the food and beverage sector is crucial for success in this role, hence prior experience in a similar environment is preferred, or a strong passion for the UK food market.
Responsibilities will include:
- Managing all aspects of event production
- Coordinating with suppliers
- Ensuring budget adherence
- Overseeing on-site operations
- Conducting post-event evaluations
