As a Supervising Electrical Engineer, you will: Lead coordination meetings and oversee staff performance. Assist in budgeting, scheduling, and management of personnel. Conduct regular, objective employee evaluations. Act as the “Engineer of Record” for specific projects. Support Technical Manager and Chief Engineer in staff mentoring and technical training. Allocate and manage various engineering projects, including system design and project engineering. Establish design standards, specifications, and criteria for projects. Manage construction administration tasks, including field reports, RFIs, and processing bulletins and addenda. Collaborate with accounting to prepare project invoices and monitor accounts receivable. Oversee all correspondence among staff, clients, contractors, and owners. Contribute to the firmwide Expert Teams committee.
