Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop, implement, and enhance comprehensive demand generation programs across various channels, including paid media, account-based marketing (ABM), email nurturing, SEO, SEM, webinars, partnerships, and social media. Identify and establish 2 to 3 high-impact demand channels tailored to our market strategy, demonstrating ROI and scaling successfully. Manage and refine our marketing technology stack, including marketing automation, CRM, ABM platforms, analytics, and paid media tools. Utilize AI-driven tools like Clay and Qualified for lead enrichment, intent signal processing, content personalization, and campaign optimization. Create attribution models, pipeline forecasts, and performance dashboards to inform budget allocation and prioritize channels effectively. Collaborate closely with Sales, RevOps, and Product Marketing to ensure alignment on ideal customer profiles (ICPs), lead scoring, service-level agreements (SLAs), and pipeline handoff processes. Conduct systematic A/B testing across creative assets, target audiences, and channels, treating each campaign as a measurable experiment. Document and replicate successful playbooks across various segments, geographical regions, and buyer personas. Mentor and cultivate demand generation specialists and marketing operations professionals as the team expands.

This position goes beyond mere campaign execution; you will craft the strategy and actively participate in its implementation. Initially, you will be the driving force behind building the demand generation engine, and as we expand, you'll have the opportunity to build a team and infrastructure to support our initiatives.
