Preferred Qualifications:10-15 years of experience in technology strategy and transformation within a premier consulting environment. Proven track record in successfully leading a minimum of 3 technology strategy or transformation project teams. Demonstrated ability to manage complex engagements and coordinate with a diverse range of stakeholders. In-depth knowledge of technology trends (AI, Cloud, Digital Transformation) with a focus on how these can enhance client business resilience. Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills with a proactive and innovative approach. Experience working in a VUCA (Volatile, Uncertain, Complex, Ambiguous) environment, utilizing consulting frameworks and contemporary technology practices to formulate clear value propositions. Excellent communication skills, both written and spoken, with the ability to craft compelling narratives and engage clients effectively. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment.

Join NCS as a Lead Consultant in our Enterprise Consulting team, where you'll have a significant impact on shaping technology strategies and driving digital transformation initiatives for our clients. Collaborate closely with senior stakeholders, internal teams, and technology experts to deliver insightful recommendations on technology roadmaps and operating models that will propel businesses into the future.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with clients to convert business strategies into actionable technology roadmaps and IT operating models that facilitate transformative results.
  • Lead comprehensive engagements from inception to completion, including pre-sales and consulting efforts across various industries.
  • Provide strategic insights on early-stage opportunities and technology consulting initiatives, clearly articulating client challenges and the value of proposed solutions.
  • Independently manage projects, drive deliverable development, and mentor project teams.
  • Foster strong relationships with stakeholders including clients, NCS account teams, and subject matter experts to create impactful consulting outcomes and enable informed decision-making.
  • Think strategically and develop insightful perspectives on the future of technology that align with client needs.
  • Lead and nurture a dynamic, growing team of professionals.
