Qualifications

Your Background:Degree or higher in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field. Possession of at least one recognized security certification, such as CISM or CISSP.5+ years of practical experience in information/cybersecurity risk assessment across Governance, Risk & Compliance, Secured-design Engineering, Cyber Security Operations, Incident Response, and/or Vulnerability Management. Strong understanding of cybersecurity risk assessment, thematic audits, and governance frameworks like NIST, CIS20, and IM8.Familiarity with information security principles, IM8, ISO 27001 controls, and Cloud Controls Matrix (CCM) controls. Hands-on experience with hybrid cloud infrastructure or system security technologies.

Role Overview

In today's landscape, security, privacy, and operational resilience are paramount. We are seeking skilled individuals with a security mindset to champion security governance throughout the lifecycle of client projects. Your proactive approach will elevate our service quality while managing NCS's cybersecurity risk posture.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the Line of Business as an independent Info-security Advisor, conducting Compliance Assessments and Security Incident Response Management.
  • Act as the bridge between NCS's Enterprise SBG practice and Corporate HQ-wide cybersecurity leadership, steering organization-wide cyber security strategy and implementation.
  • Ensure simplification, relevance, and effectiveness of cyber key risk indicators and controls for monitoring, reporting, and mitigation, in compliance with NCS Cyber Security Policies and applicable legislation.
  • Perform independent internal risk assessments on client-facing projects to identify vulnerabilities and suggest improvements.
  • Collaborate with business leaders to align security controls with organizational goals, considering people, processes, and automation.
  • Serve as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) on cybersecurity incident response, partnering with stakeholders including Risk Management, Legal, and external institutions.
  • Drive the cyber security program and enhance organizational awareness about data security.
  • Leverage automation tools to improve the efficiency and reliability of operational security compliance and monitoring processes.
