Required Experience:Proven experience in electrical, heating, and/or HVAC fields. Solid understanding of computers and electrical circuits. Valid and clean driver's license. Preferred Skills:Strong multitasking and time management abilities. Proactive approach with effective problem-solving skills. Exceptional attention to detail. Ownership mentality toward work responsibilities. Positive and adaptable attitude. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Docs/Sheets. Conversational Spanish is an advantage.

Key Responsibilities:

As the Lead Building Controls Technician, you will be instrumental in installing and maintaining Runwise's state-of-the-art control and sensor networks in both residential and commercial properties. Your role will include:

  • Installing Runwise control systems and establishing secure internet connections.
  • Deploying wired and wireless network sensors throughout facilities.
  • Testing control and wireless network systems for optimal performance.
  • Navigating boiler room setups and identifying components in steam and hydronic systems.
  • Coordinating installations with project scheduling teams.
  • Updating and maintaining critical tracking systems for technology and finance teams.
  • Managing parts inventory within service vehicles.
