As the Lead of Account Services in Mexico, you will spearhead a dedicated team responsible for nurturing our vital retail partnerships. Your primary objective will be to develop a high-achieving team while executing strategies aimed at establishing us as the premier sportswear brand. Your leadership will play a crucial role in forging robust partnerships with our Sales team and accounts, efficiently managing purchase orders, and collaborating with logistics to ensure prompt product delivery that supports sales initiatives and maximizes account potential. A vital aspect of this position is creating strong operational relationships with our Key Accounts, serving as a bridge between Key Accounts and our internal teams at On.
Your Responsibilities:
- Pioneer the establishment of the Account Services function in Mexico, in collaboration with the Americas Supply Chain leadership and commercial partners.
- Act as a key strategic ally in sales strategy, driving overall success by utilizing data-driven insights to inform strategic decisions in close partnership with the Head of Mexico Supply Chain and Director of Americas Account Services, highlighting the significance of cross-functional collaboration with sales, marketing, and global teams.
- Recruit, mentor, and develop a team of specialists and coordinators, providing strategic direction and fostering a collaborative and high-performing environment.
- Challenge existing processes by offering innovative solutions to enhance operations, thereby solidifying the relationship between On and our partners.
- Identify and address risks to ensure on-time deliveries, achieve sales targets, and meet strategic objectives.
- Establish a communication framework that promotes frequent, authentic, and transparent dialogue between Account Services and Sales, discussing On’s order book actions, challenges, and improvements that support the growth of wholesale partners.
- Oversee escalations from the Warehouse regarding significant account movements, critical business issues, or operational changes that may have far-reaching implications, either through Pillar meetings or direct communication with meeting leaders.
