Responsibilities
- Drive the commercial success of Zen in supporting London schools.
- Oversee commercial performance, establish targets, and implement strategies while fostering relationships with school leaders and enhancing team capabilities.
- Collaborate with team leaders to design and execute effective marketing campaigns.
- Manage and mentor Account Managers.
- Boost efficiency in booking days and cultivate strategic partnerships with key stakeholders.
- Develop senior-level strategic relationships with executives and trust leaders in your region.

Success KPIs
- Year-over-year revenue growth among London schools.
- Year-over-year growth in active schools within London.
- Year-over-year school retention rates and expansion into new markets.
- Effectiveness of marketing efforts and new business initiatives to attract schools and staff.
- Efficiency in resourcing with a focus on candidate vetting and placement.
- Percentage of Zen Educate platform feature adoption.

Requirements
- Proven managerial experience in a similar role.
