About the Position

As the Launch Operations Manager, you will be instrumental in delivering a smooth implementation experience for our Scribe solutions within healthcare organizations. Collaborating with cross-functional teams and key customer stakeholders, you will oversee implementation projects, manage timelines, and ensure the successful rollout of our AI medical scribe product.

This is a full-time position requiring on-site work five days a week at our Mountain View, CA office, with potential travel of up to 30% for client engagement.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead comprehensive implementation projects from contract closure to go-live, ensuring adherence to timelines, milestones, and deliverables.

  • Create and maintain thorough project plans, status updates, and strategies for risk mitigation.

  • Monitor and assess the success of implementations through established OKRs, focusing on metrics such as percentage of operational efficiency.
