Your Role

As an Account Development Representative (ADR), your key responsibility will be to identify business needs for Strategic and Enterprise Accounts, thereby building a robust sales pipeline. You will collaborate closely with marketing, sales enablement, and management to devise effective campaigns and prospects, ultimately facilitating a seamless transition to the Sales team. A crucial aspect of this role is to ensure that every interaction with prospects is conducted in a manner that fosters an exceptional customer experience, laying the groundwork for future product sales at Postman.

Key Responsibilities

  • Partner with the Account Development Manager and cross-functional teams to devise strategic targets aimed at identifying and generating new and expansion business opportunities.
  • Achieve or surpass strategic goals by engaging with qualified leads and advancing them through the sales cycle.
  • Assess opportunities by comprehensively understanding business challenges while articulating the value of our offerings.
  • Conduct thorough research within targeted accounts to pinpoint key contacts and essential account insights.
  • Identify and focus on strategic new prospects that could expedite territory growth.
  • Engage with prospects identified through marketing initiatives.
  • Master sales prospecting platforms and tools.
  • Utilize identified customer challenges to tailor relevant campaigns and events that drive engagement.
  • Establish and maintain exceptional customer service relationships with prospects.
  • Regularly audit your activities to ensure accuracy and improvement.
