Required Skills and Experience· 5+ years of demonstrable experience in developing and executing Knowledge Management strategies.· Proven track record in establishing KM programs within the technology sector or within technical teams in a large, global organization.· Adept at communicating with and influencing senior leadership, framing discussions to elicit valuable feedback.· Proven leadership experience in guiding teams to achieve impactful outcomes.· Strong understanding of IT service management principles and the ITIL framework.· Demonstrated experience in a ServiceNow environment. Education· Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, Library Science, or a related field.· Relevant certifications in knowledge management or ITIL are a plus.

As the Knowledge Lead Manager at Keywords Studios, you will be at the forefront of our Knowledge Management initiatives within the IT department. This pivotal role focuses on creating and executing strategies to capture, organize, and share valuable organizational knowledge, specifically in IT services. You will play a key role in ensuring that critical information is easily accessible, facilitating informed decision-making, addressing challenges promptly, and fostering a culture of continuous learning.

Key Responsibilities

1. Develop and refine a comprehensive knowledge management strategy that aligns with our organizational goals.

2. Manage the creation, categorization, and upkeep of knowledge content, ensuring its accuracy, relevance, and ease of access.

3. Integrate knowledge management processes with IT service management functions to improve service delivery and operational efficiency.

4. Cultivate a culture of knowledge sharing throughout the organization, promoting collaboration and effective communication.

5. Utilize analytics to monitor progress and evaluate the impact, engagement, functionality, and effectiveness of the knowledge management strategy.

6. Provide training and support to staff on knowledge management practices and tools, championing a culture of knowledge management.
