Role Overview

The Key Account Manager joins the Account Management & Customer Success team in London. This role centers on managing PitchBook's largest customer relationships. Success in this position comes from embracing change, focusing on growth, and committing to both personal development and the company's goals.

  • Develop and execute a sales strategy to drive account expansion, ensure renewals, and increase customer satisfaction
  • Identify new business opportunities within existing accounts
  • Address ongoing client needs and provide solutions
