Role overview
The Key Account Manager will identify and onboard top health and fitness coaches, primarily focusing on developing lasting relationships and guiding them toward sustainable business success. The position combines elements of sales, strategic growth, and business development, with an emphasis on collaboration and empowering others.
What you will do
- Scout, approach, and pitch partnerships to a diverse range of health coaches, expanding Lenus Health’s network.
- Manage a portfolio of 15–20 health and fitness professionals, providing ongoing support to help them grow their businesses.
- Work closely with coaches to develop and implement strategies that blend marketing and sales with tailored business development initiatives.
- Build trust-based, long-term partnerships with coaches, becoming a valued collaborator in their success.
- Oversee and coordinate projects, participate in key meetings, and ensure service quality aligns with Lenus Health’s standards.
