Your Impact:
As Axon's Key Account Executive for our top 1200 law enforcement agencies, you will be responsible for selling our products and services. This role is a quota-carrying, external field position requiring the ability to communicate complex solutions, nurture senior-level relationships, navigate customer agencies and procurement processes, and lead our team to success. You will provide technical and administrative product information, conduct demonstrations, and provide product training.

Location: Remote with travel expected 50% of the time, potentially increasing up to 70%.
Territory: New Jersey, Massachusetts
Reports to: Director of Sales, East

What You Do:

Territory: Northeast

  • Manage and enhance revenue and market share at designated agencies to maximize customer satisfaction and fulfill strategic goals.
  • Build and sustain client relationships aimed at driving revenue growth.
  • Collaborate with the account team to formulate and implement account strategies that deliver compelling value propositions.
  • Monitor customer activities within internal systems to execute account strategies and uncover new opportunities.
  • Foster customer relationships and ensure effective service delivery to accounts.
  • Prioritize customer satisfaction, understand their business and workflows, and develop a robust contact network within accounts.
  • Engage with experts and specialists as necessary.
  • Oversee all account activities within your portfolio.
  • Continuously seek opportunities for improvement and growth.
