Your Impact:
As Axon's Key Account Executive for our top 1200 law enforcement agencies, you will be responsible for selling our products and services. This role is a quota-carrying, external field position requiring the ability to communicate complex solutions, nurture senior-level relationships, navigate customer agencies and procurement processes, and lead our team to success. You will provide technical and administrative product information, conduct demonstrations, and provide product training.

What You Do:

- Manage and enhance revenue and market share at designated agencies to maximize customer satisfaction and fulfill strategic goals.
- Build and sustain client relationships aimed at driving revenue growth.
- Collaborate with the account team to formulate and implement account strategies that deliver compelling value propositions.
- Monitor customer activities within internal systems to execute account strategies and uncover new opportunities.
- Foster customer relationships and ensure effective service delivery to accounts.
- Prioritize customer satisfaction, understand their business and workflows, and develop a robust contact network within accounts.
- Engage with experts and specialists as necessary.
- Oversee all account activities within your portfolio.
- Continuously seek opportunities for improvement and growth.
