Key Account Director - FX Sales

The Role
As a Key Account Director, you will be responsible for selling our Trade Finance & FX solutions to UK businesses, forging connections with C-suite executives to provide sophisticated treasury and hedging solutions. Your role transcends meeting sales targets—you will be a mentor on our London team, guiding the next generation of talent and establishing the benchmark for Ebury's market leadership.
Responsibilities:
- Strategic Origination: Identify and onboard SMEs within the UK market.
- Solution Architecting: Go beyond simple transactions by offering complex FX hedging strategies, cash management, and trade finance solutions.
- C-Suite Navigation: Cultivate and leverage high-level relationships with CFOs, Treasurers, and Finance Directors, gaining insights into their budgeting needs and risk preferences.
- Excellence in Execution: Maintain a robust pipeline using Salesforce, fostering a culture of data-driven sales and exceptional relationship management.
