ResponsibilitiesEngage in outbound sales to identify new partnership opportunities and potential partners to cultivate a strong network of "Gatekeepers" such as law firms, M&A attorneys, investment bankers, and real estate developers. Establish and nurture strong partnerships with key stakeholders. Oversee the complete sales process for new clients referred by partners. Achieve designated sales and revenue objectives. Analyze intricate deal structures to propose customized escrow and paying agency solutions. Collaborate closely with onboarding, legal, and mid-office teams to ensure seamless integration of new deals. YouPossess a keen interest in real estate markets and M&A. Enjoy forging new relationships and can build rapport effortlessly. Hold a graduate or undergraduate degree from a recognized institution. Have prior experience in escrow services. Demonstrate experience in selling to and partnering with legal firms.

Key Account Director - Escrow in Real Estate and M&A

The Key Account Director - Escrow in Real Estate and M&A will be tasked with expanding Ebury’s escrow client portfolio across the UK, with a special emphasis on the Real Estate and M&A sectors. This role will primarily focus on monetizing our escrow capabilities by collaborating with various ecosystem partners, including law firms, real estate brokers, investment banking teams, and financial advisors.
