Key Account Director - Ebury Institutional
Onsite, 5 days a week in the office
Responsibilities
- Formulate and execute dynamic sales strategies to attract new institutional clients and enhance our existing client portfolio.
- Build and sustain robust relationships with institutional clients and the fund ecosystem (investment managers, corporate service providers, and fund administrators), comprehending their investment goals, risk tolerance, and foreign exchange requirements.
- Conduct research to identify and engage various institutional clients needing cross-border payments, foreign exchange, and hedging solutions.
- Establish credibility and rapport with clients through networking and effectively presenting comprehensive solutions tailored to their international payment and Forex needs.
- Collaborate with internal teams such as FX dealing and operations to ensure the seamless execution and delivery of services to clients.
- Utilize Ebury's global presence to deliver services to clients in an internationally-focused manner.
