How Will You Contribute?
Comprehensive Research: Engage in the complete UX research process under the guidance of our Lead UX Researcher, from formulating research questions to delivering actionable insights.
User Exploration: Participate in planning and executing user interviews, usability testing, concept validation, and exploratory research.
Data Analysis: Collaborate with our analytics team to analyze quantitative data, survey results, and user behavior metrics.
Insight Development: Convert raw data into structured insights and clear recommendations for product enhancement.
Market Research: Perform desk research and competitive analysis to unearth new growth avenues for our ecosystem.
Testing Hypotheses: Learn to develop research hypotheses and assist product teams in validating them through thorough testing.
Ongoing Development: Quickly adapt to new domains, understand user behaviors, and enhance your research skills through continuous feedback.
What Qualities Make You an Ideal Candidate?
Language Skills: Proficiency in English at a C1 level or above, as most of our research and internal communication is conducted in English.
Analytical Skills: Strong critical thinking abilities with a knack for questioning assumptions and discerning cause-and-effect relationships.
Information Organization: Competence in processing, structuring, and synthesizing vast amounts of information.
