About the Role
As a Junior Talent Marketing Manager, you will serve as the creative force behind our recruitment efforts, transforming Solidgate into a sought-after European fintech brand that attracts top talent. You will design innovative campaigns for key positions, manage our social media presence with an engaging tone, create internal communications that inspire employee referrals, and represent our company at events where exceptional candidates gather. This role is perfect for someone who can make our hiring message resonate with potential applicants.
This position is ideal for a builder—someone who understands that great employer brands are not created overnight; they are carefully crafted, tested, and continuously improved.
Your Responsibilities:
Effective Campaigns: Develop creative recruitment campaigns for critical roles that convert passive viewers into enthusiastic applicants.
Engaging Outreach: Write compelling outreach messages that invite responses—tailored and engaging.
Authentic Brand Voice: Manage our social media and external communications with a genuine tone—avoiding corporate jargon and sharing relatable stories.
Activating Internal Content: Create impactful copy for referral programs, talent initiatives, and internal campaigns that empower employees to become advocates for recruitment.
Community Engagement: Attend conferences, hiring fairs, and network within communities where top talent is found—acting as Solidgate's brand ambassador.
Compelling Storytelling: Share narratives around career paths, team accomplishments, and behind-the-scenes insights that entice potential candidates.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in talent marketing or employer branding, or a degree in Marketing, Communications, or Journalism.
A strong creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a knack for storytelling.
A passion for building employer brands and engaging with talent.
