Position Overview:

PingWind is on the lookout for a talented and motivated Junior Software Developer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will play a key part in designing, developing, testing, and maintaining innovative software applications. Under the mentorship of senior developers and technical leads, you will harness your strong programming skills and collaborative spirit to contribute to impactful projects. This position is designed for individuals eager to build upon their foundational experience and embrace more complex challenges as you advance toward a senior-level role.

Key Responsibilities:

- Design, implement, test, and troubleshoot software applications in accordance with project specifications.
- Develop and integrate new features that enhance functionality and user experience.
- Ensure high efficiency, maintainability, and adherence to quality standards in all applications.
- Collaborate closely with senior developers, QA engineers, and project managers to deliver effective software solutions.
- Engage in Agile/Scrum methodologies, participating actively in sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.
- Work with system engineers and DevOps teams on integration tasks.
- Write clear, efficient, and well-documented code.
- Participate in peer code reviews to uphold code quality and maintainability.
- Contribute to the creation of technical documentation, including design specs and user manuals.
- Demonstrate proficiency in one or more programming languages (e.g., Java, C#, Python, JavaScript/TypeScript).
- Show familiarity with software frameworks and libraries (e.g., . NET, Angular, React, Spring Boot).
- Understand databases (SQL, NoSQL) and RESTful APIs.
- Have experience with Git and version control systems.
- Exhibit an understanding of Agile development methodologies.
- Basic knowledge of cloud technologies (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud) is preferred.

Required Qualifications:

- DoD 8140 Certification

Desired Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience in the development, testing, and deployment of software applications.
