Key Qualifications:0–2 years of experience in RPA, software development, or a related field, including internships or academic projects. A degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, STEM, or a related discipline. Basic understanding of programming/scripting languages (e.g., vb.net, Python, Java, PHP) and SQL. Familiarity with at least one RPA tool, with UiPath or Power Automate being advantageous. A genuine interest in process automation and business workflows. A proactive attitude towards learning and developing technical and analytical skills.

The team is looking for a Junior RPA Engineer to support the development and upkeep of automation solutions, especially for business operations in the Finance department. This entry-level role works closely with a Senior RPA Engineer and other business teams to advance automation projects across the organization.

This position is well-suited for someone early in their career who wants to learn and grow in the RPA field. The role covers the full automation lifecycle, including process analysis, workflow creation, and ongoing improvement, all with support from experienced mentors.

Key responsibilities

  • Analyze business processes to find automation opportunities, focusing on Finance operations.
  • Assist in designing and developing RPA workflows for tasks such as invoice processing, reconciliations, reporting, and payments.
  • Build and maintain automations using UiPath, Power Automate, and similar tools.
  • Test automations to confirm reliability and accuracy.
  • Monitor existing automations and help troubleshoot any issues.
  • Help optimize and improve current workflows.
  • Document processes, workflows, and configurations in a clear manner.
  • Work with the Finance team and other departments to understand needs and support automation efforts.
  • Follow best practices for security, compliance, and data privacy.
