In this role, you will collaborate closely with seasoned recruiters, gaining insights into sourcing tools and the hiring process from the ground up. While some experience in recruitment is advantageous, we are enthusiastic about motivated newcomers eager to learn and take responsibility.

— Manage the entire recruitment cycle, from sourcing and initial outreach to candidate pre-boarding.
— Utilize ATS (Teamtailor), dashboards, and automation tools to maintain organized processes.
— Collaborate with hiring managers to refine and enhance search strategies.
— Schedule interviews, gather feedback, and ensure effective communication with candidates.
— Foster a positive candidate experience and help develop our employer brand.


Your Ideal Profile

— 0.5–2 years of experience in recruitment or sourcing, or a strong desire to kickstart your career in this field.
— A proactive mindset with effective time management skills.
— Excellent communication abilities.
— Proficiency in English at an Upper-Intermediate level or higher.
— A commitment to rapid learning, taking initiative, and evolving into a full-cycle recruiter.
