BASIC REQUIREMENTS:Minimum of 3 years of experience in project coordination or management, ideally within digital media, marketing, or creative agencies. Exceptional organizational skills with a proven ability to juggle multiple projects simultaneously. Strong written and verbal communication abilities. Proficiency in project management and collaboration tools. Basic understanding of digital video production workflows and terminology. Able to thrive in fast-paced environments with shifting priorities. Detail-oriented with excellent problem-solving skills. DESIRED CHARACTERISTICS:Hands-on experience with content management systems such as Drupal, WordPress, or similar platforms. Knowledge of Airtable or equivalent database/project tracking tools. Familiarity with digital asset management systems. Understanding of web development principles and practices.

ABOUT THE ROLE

We are looking for a driven Junior Project Manager to become an integral part of our digital team, facilitating the execution of innovative video and digital projects. In this dynamic role, you will coordinate project teams, manage timelines, oversee stakeholder communications, and ensure a seamless journey from concept to delivery. This position is ideal for someone at the beginning of their project management career, with a strong enthusiasm for digital content and marketing, aiming to enhance their skills in a fast-paced environment.

This role is based in our New York office and focuses on digital marketing initiatives for products including the Bravo website, NBC Insider, Peacock Blog, and NBC Affiliate Marketing sites. You will also support the production of acclaimed digital series such as Top Chef’s Last Chance Kitchen and Bravo’s After Shows, as well as live events like the Bravo Con panels.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Oversee and coordinate the full lifecycle of digital projects, marketing priorities, and video initiatives.
  • Develop and maintain project timelines, track deliverables, and ensure adherence to deadlines.
  • Act as the primary liaison between internal teams, vendors, and stakeholders.
  • Organize and lead project kickoffs, status updates, and post-project evaluations.
  • Maintain comprehensive project documentation and update tracking systems such as Airtable.
  • Collaborate with video production, editorial, and technical teams throughout project lifecycles.
  • Monitor project schedules and resources, proactively addressing potential issues or delays.
  • Support content workflow management via content management systems (CMS).
  • Identify and implement improvements to project processes and team efficiency.
