Essential Requirements:A minimum of 5 years of documented experience as a Journeyman Carpenter or equivalent certification/apprenticeship completion. Proven expertise in both rough and finish carpentry. Ability to read and interpret blueprints, specifications, and layout instructions with proficiency. Ownership and maintenance of a basic set of hand tools and personal protective equipment (PPE). Reliable transportation to various job sites within the greater Sacramento area. Legal eligibility to work in the United States.

In your role as a Finish Carpenter, you will engage in tasks ranging from light framing to intricate finish work, ensuring that every project adheres to our rigorous standards of quality, safety, and efficiency. Candidates must possess at least 5 years of experience in the following areas:

  • Reading and accurately interpreting blueprints, schematics, and construction drawings.
  • Finish Carpentry expertise
  • Installation of interior and exterior trim, millwork, cabinetry, and shelving.
  • Hanging doors and installing windows with precision.
  • Building and installing staircases and railings.
  • Repairing and restoring historical or damaged woodwork.
  • Crafting and installing cabinetry.

Safety and Compliance:

  • Adhering strictly to all company safety policies and OSHA regulations.
  • Maintaining a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
  • Operating power tools and machinery safely and effectively.
  • Inspecting work progress, equipment, and construction sites to ensure compliance with established standards.
