Key Responsibilities:Define Product Strategy: Establish and advocate for a dynamic Fintech vision and long-term roadmap informed by market research, customer insights, and business goals. Stay updated on Fintech trends and competitive landscape. Drive Execution: Manage feature scoping, prioritize tasks, and navigate trade-off discussions, ensuring clarity on project outcomes. Create comprehensive product specifications and oversee the product backlog for optimal impact. Lead Cross-Functional Teams: Collaborate closely with engineering, design, payment operations, marketing, sales, and legal teams to ensure successful product launches and market traction. Be the Voice of the Customer: Conduct thorough user research and data analysis to gain deep insights into the pain points and needs of SMB and Enterprise customers, utilizing these findings to inform product direction. Manage the Full Lifecycle: Oversee every stage of the product lifecycle, from ideation and validation to launch and iteration, while tracking key metrics such as user engagement and revenue to evaluate success and inform future improvements.
