Talented Application Developer Required
Join our innovative team at Essel Environmental as we develop a comprehensive program designed to streamline timesheet management, payroll calculations, invoicing, and employee documentation. We are on a mission to enhance system performance, integrate new features, and ultimately launch a mobile application to complement our services.
We seek developers who can elevate our project from the MVP stage to a fully operational product.
Candidates should have a proven track record of guiding projects from inception to launch.
Applicants must reside in India, possess a reliable internet connection, and demonstrate their skills through relevant examples.
This is a full-time position offering a monthly salary, not a contract role.
Your daily responsibilities will include:
- Developing and refining a feature list aligned with business requirements
- Engaging in daily standup meetings to share coding progress
- Implementing frontend technology updates to enhance user experience
- Conducting thorough testing of all components and maintaining the staging environment
- Embracing new challenges with a proactive attitude
- Proposing enhancements to improve the product
- Demonstrating accountability and timely work delivery
- Formulating and adhering to a product roadmap
As evidenced by the responsibilities outlined, the role is technical and diverse. Our distributed team operates remotely, thus self-motivation and responsibility are key, as you will not have immediate managerial oversight.
Requirements
Essential Qualifications:
- Minimum of 5 years of programming experience
- Proficient in Laravel PHP
- A keen eye for design is advantageous
- Strong frontend knowledge is crucial
- Ability to work completely remote
- Motivated to develop a comprehensive system
- Located in India
- Open to constructive feedback
You will become part of a small, globally distributed team of developers, primarily focused on backend functionalities.
