Role Overview
The Renewal Manager will focus on customer retention and growth in the Mid-Market segment. This role manages all aspects of the contract renewal process and works closely with the Customer Success team to reduce risk and find upsell opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee every stage of the renewal process, from pricing proposals and negotiations to contract creation.
- Identify customer needs, address obstacles, and apply renewal strategies to retain accounts and increase annual recurring revenue (ARR).
- Find and act on upsell and expansion opportunities.
- Work with Customer Success Managers to analyze adoption and health metrics, proactively assessing churn risk.
- Contribute to creating and executing cross-functional strategies that reduce customer churn.
