Responsibilities:Perform system selection and calculations to inform design decisions. Conduct field investigations to accurately document existing conditions. Collaborate with junior engineers to produce detailed drawings using building modeling software. Work independently and within a team to complete project designs. Provide construction phase services, including submittal reviews and site visits to track project progress. Requirements:4 to 6 years of experience in an A/E consulting firm is preferred. A Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering is preferred. Comprehensive knowledge in HVAC, plumbing, and fire protection systems. Proficiency with Revit or AutoCAD is preferred. Field experience is advantageous. A New York State Professional Engineer’s license is a plus. Strong collaborative skills and analytical thinking are essential.
