Role Overview
We are on the lookout for a Lead Product Designer to spearhead the development of our Mentor Operations Platform — the web interface integral to the work of our mentors and operations team in supporting teens.
This position offers a unique opportunity to shape high-impact, high-quality design solutions:
You will craft experiences that empower teens to stay engaged, connect authentically, and truly improve their mental health.
Your role will encompass the complete design process — from research and insights to concept development, prototyping, and finally delivering a finished product that mentors and teens will use.
Additionally, you will contribute to the creation of AI tools that enhance human connection, ensuring that technology complements rather than replaces the vital peer relationships at the heart of our platform.
What You’ll Do
You will take ownership of key initiatives aligned with our 2026 strategic goals:
1. Transform our Mentor Operations Platform into a world-class experience
Lead the design of the web experience that mentors and operations staff depend on daily.
Upgrade the platform from being merely functional and fragmented to a cohesive, elegant, and industry-leading solution.
Design with an emphasis on reliability, clarity, and tranquility — crafting experiences that enable mentors to focus on their teens instead of their tools.
Pay attention to every detail: typography, empty states, motion, and micro-interactions.
