Qualifications
Responsibilities:Offer IT support to users across multi-regional environments and global teams. Manage user accounts and permissions for cloud-based systems. Implement, support, and master cutting-edge technologies. Oversee onboarding and offboarding procedures. Manage company computers and peripheral devices. Administer and maintain business applications and systems. Requirements:At least 2 years of experience in a Helpdesk role (military service is a plus). Service-oriented, patient, and capable of working independently while providing comprehensive technical support across all areas. Exceptional customer service skills with a focus on user support. Experience in IT management environments, including Windows setup, Microsoft Admin, Microsoft Office 365, and Google Workspace. Strong understanding of networking components and infrastructure (LAN/WAN, TCP/IP, DHCP, DNS). Thorough understanding of computer systems and peripherals, with experience in installation and maintenance. Fluency in English. Preferred Qualifications:Familiarity with Linux operating systems. Experience with Salesforce or other CRM systems.
