Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering (Transportation concentration) from an ABET accredited institution.5 to 10 years of relevant experience in transportation engineering.Professional Engineer (PE) License is preferred.Familiarity with PennDOT and Pennsylvania Turnpike Commission standards, criteria, and specifications.Technical expertise in roadway/highway design, including vertical and horizontal alignments, pavement section design, and drainage systems.Excellent communication and organizational skills.Proficient in MicroStation, Open Roads, and/or AutoCAD; experience with hydrologic and hydraulic modeling software is a plus.Experience with PennDOT and Pennsylvania Turnpike Commission projects is an advantage.Team-oriented mindset with a strong desire to collaborate.

Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with team members on all phases of transportation engineering projects.
Design horizontal and vertical alignments, drainage systems, signage, and pavement markings.
Conduct safety assessments, manage erosion and sediment control, and develop maintenance and protection of traffic schemes.
Prepare construction documents and reports, and perform field reconnaissance and inspections.
